Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidacy
- Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Background in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Deliver services in both in-person and teletherapy formats as required
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to support educational outcomes
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and parents to foster student progress
