Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Arizona
• Arizona state licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Familiarity with school-based IEP processes and documentation
• Strong capacity for collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working with K-8 students preferred
• Organizational skills for managing a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to K-8 populations
• Participate effectively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide guidance and support to the onsite SLPA to maximize student outcomes
