Your schedule options—either 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM or 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM—provide flexibility within a consistent workweek. Manage a caseload of 40 to 60 preschoolers, delivering high-impact interventions while developing your professional skills and making a difference for each child.
Skills & Qualifications We Value:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure/certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Previous experience with school-based and/or preschool populations preferred
- Competency in assessment, IEP development, and evidence-based intervention
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assessing students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child
- Delivering direct therapy services using proven intervention techniques
- Maintaining detailed records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Consulting with teachers, aides, and families to support student achievement
- Creating a positive and engaging therapy environment for young learners
