Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting preschool-aged students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in an engaging, collaborative educational environment. This position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, with schedules available between 7:15 am–3:15 pm or 7:45 am–3:45 pm, giving you a workday that suits your lifestyle while making a real impact.

As part of a supportive team, you’ll work alongside another SLP in the same building, sharing ideas and expertise to provide the highest quality speech-language services to preschool-aged learners. Caseloads range from 40 to 60 students, giving you the opportunity to build strong, individualized connections while making a lasting difference in early childhood development.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, particularly with preschool-aged children
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with fellow SLPs, teachers, and support staff
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and implement IEPs in compliance with school standards

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based assessment, intervention, and therapy for preschool students
  • Develop and document IEPs and progress notes
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and team members to maximize student success
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Maintain compliance with all school and district policies

This contract role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $45 to $65, based on experience and qualifications.
