This full-time contract position supports students from kindergarten through 5th grade with a wide spectrum of communication needs, ranging from mild articulation concerns to more complex cases involving AAC high-tech device support.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
• Familiarity with assessments, individualized intervention, and IEP documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills

What You'll Do:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for students with articulation, language (receptive/expressive), fluency, social-pragmatic, and AAC needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Support students with a range of needs, from mild to severe, adapting strategies to help every child succeed
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
