Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, meeting state requirements
  • Prior experience in a pediatric or school-based setting
  • Strong foundation in speech-language assessment, treatment, and documentation
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify students’ speech-language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services for a range of communication disorders
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in alignment with district guidelines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support whole-child education
  • Educate teachers and families on strategies to enhance communication development
