Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid license and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Skilled in pediatric speech-language intervention and therapy
- Teletherapy experience and technology proficiency are highly valued
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, educators, and families
- Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education programs (IEPs)
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Conducting screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and assessments for students with communication disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
- Providing direct speech-language therapy services in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms
- Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions, progress reports, and IEP data
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support academic and communication success
- Participating actively in IEP meetings and other team discussions as needed
- Staying current with best practices and ongoing professional development in speech-language pathology
