Qualifications and Experience Needed:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in pediatric care or working with school-aged children
- Strong skills in both onsite and teletherapy service delivery
- Clinical expertise in evaluating and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in compliance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ academic and social growth
- Provide direct therapy services, both in-person or through virtual platforms as applicable
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation of services provided
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in the field
