Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid license and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Skilled in pediatric speech-language intervention and therapy
  • Teletherapy experience and technology proficiency are highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, educators, and families
  • Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education programs (IEPs)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and assessments for students with communication disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to student goals
  • Providing direct speech-language therapy services in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of sessions, progress reports, and IEP data
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support academic and communication success
  • Participating actively in IEP meetings and other team discussions as needed
  • Staying current with best practices and ongoing professional development in speech-language pathology
