Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active or eligible state SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Proficiency with assessments, IEP development, and therapy documentation
• Effective communication with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students, individually and in groups
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and resources to educators and family members
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to foster supportive learning environments
• Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student outcomes
