Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Wyoming or eligibility to obtain one
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Successful completion of relevant clinical fellowship (CFY accepted for some roles)
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or clinical setting is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as determined by IEPs
  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to students’ needs
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interventions, assessments, and outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
  • Offer guidance and education to families and school staff regarding speech-language development
