This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists who thrive in educational settings, including SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFY). With a manageable caseload of 45-50 students, you'll collaborate closely with school staff and families to enhance the lives of children in both traditional and teletherapy environments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible SLP-CCC or CFY status
  • Experience in pediatric settings, schools, or healthcare preferred
  • Teletherapy familiarity is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and detailed session notes for each student within your caseload
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student needs
  • Provide teletherapy services as assigned, utilizing best practices for virtual student engagement
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing student progress reviews
