Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid North Carolina SLP license or eligibility for state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; talented CFY candidates welcome
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or teletherapy context
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance with school policies
• Ability to communicate professionally with teachers, staff, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized goals within IEPs
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and communication
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clear insight and advocacy for students’ needs
