Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Create engaging, individualized therapeutic activities that support academic and social goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, sessions, and communication
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an active team member
- Utilize teletherapy platforms and onsite resources to maximize student access and outcomes
