Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive and positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students with diverse needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
  • Create engaging, individualized therapeutic activities that support academic and social goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, sessions, and communication
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an active team member
  • Utilize teletherapy platforms and onsite resources to maximize student access and outcomes
