Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in school settings, particularly with K-8 students, is highly valued
- Knowledge of best practices for delivering effective speech and language therapy in educational environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage direct therapy, assessments, and case documentation
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-8 students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and progress
- Manage case files, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
