Qualifications and Desired Background:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
• Capacity for independent work and effective participation in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student goals
• Provide therapy sessions to address targeted speech and language objectives
• Carefully track and document student progress and outcomes
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care and sharing expertise
• Involve and empower families throughout the treatment process through communication and education
