Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license in New York and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with preschool children strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage caseloads with flexibility as enrollment fluctuates
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Role Details:

  • Contract assignment serving two schools, each 45 minutes apart; you’ll spend the entire workday at just one location at a time
  • Pine Plains location: part-time, 3 days per week with approximately 10 sessions/day and 40 sessions/week with young learners
  • Mt. Marion location: part-time, 2-3 days per week with weekly caseload starting lower and increasing up to 43 sessions/week as enrollment grows
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions and consult with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the IEP process
