Step into a rewarding contract opportunity with a dynamic school-based setting, supporting students' communication and language development throughout the upcoming academic year. This full-time position begins August 4, 2026, and continues through May 27, 2027, with two openings available. Enjoy a balanced hybrid schedule—work two days virtually and two days on site, provided you stay current with therapy and assessment responsibilities. Typical hours run from either 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, offering some flexibility within the workweek.

The caseload averages 65-70 students, providing the chance to make a significant impact while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and eligibility for CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Healthcare experience as an SLP is beneficial
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish to effectively serve diverse student populations
  • Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment and education plans

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 65-70 students
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Document services and maintain compliance with regulatory and educational requirements
  • Utilize a hybrid schedule effectively to maximize student outcomes, balancing in-person and virtual service delivery
