This contract position welcomes dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists at any stage, including those with CCC, CFY, or strong school-based clinical backgrounds. Enjoy consistent hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with the benefit of a supportive team environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active, state-issued SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or relevant school-based/healthcare SLP experience
- Familiarity with caseload management—approximately 50 students
- Experience in creating and updating IEP goals, tracking student progress, and conducting comprehensive evaluations
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students, supporting their educational and developmental needs
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments; document findings and provide recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings (with scheduling support from facilitators), updating progress and writing new student goals as needed
- Complete all required logs, reports, and paperwork with timely accuracy
- Balance in-person and remote responsibilities, effectively managing therapy sessions and evaluations
