Qualifications:
- Active Texas licensure as SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP or accepted into a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to individualized, student-focused care
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students for communication disorders and needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Complete required documentation in a timely, thorough manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
