Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings strongly preferred
  • Skillful in conducting evaluations, IEP development, and providing direct therapy
  • Strong communication, organizational, and rapport-building skills
  • Familiarity with culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities to identify needs and strengths
  • Design, implement, and track individualized speech and language intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ learning goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Foster an encouraging, engaging, and respectful learning environment for all students
