What we’re looking for:
- Active and current SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or strong interest in working within K-12 school settings
- Ability to seamlessly adapt between full-time and part-time schedules
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities across diverse student populations and school staff
- Outstanding organizational skills for managing caseloads across three schools
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensuring exceptional care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create tailored intervention plans for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Complete required documentation and progress reports accurately and on schedule
- Share insight and recommendations during IEP meetings and team conferences
