Current Openings: Compensatory Services SLP

  • Deliver onsite compensatory services to students across multiple school locations (Pre K–12)
  • Travel between sites as needed; manageable caseload ensures focus on individualized student support
  • Work through assigned compensatory needs list; position requires availability for summer services (June 1–30)

Elementary School-Based SLP

  • Serve at a single campus with a caseload of 45–55 students (Pre K–6th grade)
  • Utilize the Paddynet platform for documentation
  • Create impactful, on-site connections with staff and students in one community

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP licensure; CCC or CFY candidates are welcome
  • School-based and/or pediatric SLP experience preferred
  • Skilled in completing evaluations, IEPs, data reviews, and eligibility documentation
  • Confident communication with parents, colleagues, and administration via multiple platforms (email, phone, Google Calendar, progress reports)
  • Familiarity with school service documentation systems
