Two onsite roles are available—ideal for experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows alike—where your expertise will directly impact families and students in meaningful ways.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but open to CF candidates as well
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and early childhood speech-language assessment and intervention
  • Comfort working with community-based early intervention models, including "Babies Can’t Wait"
  • Familiarity with IEPs, evaluation and eligibility procedures, and Paddynet documentation a plus
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Pre-K evaluations and early intervention assessments for children birth to age 3
  • Deliver direct therapy to students with Rome City IEPs in a variety of community daycare settings
  • Complete and maintain Paddynet documentation, IEPs, progress notes, and eligibility reports
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners to support children’s communication needs
  • Participate in eligibility determination, data reviews, and ongoing monitoring of student progress
