Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Active SLP state license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort working with diverse student populations across various ages and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
  • Provide direct and consultative services, both individually and in group settings
  • Educate school staff and families about students’ communication needs and strategies for classroom success
