Take the next step in your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working directly with young learners in a supportive, school-based environment. This full-time contract position serves PreK and kindergarten students, with a caseload of approximately 50. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through May 24, 2027, ensuring a stable and rewarding school year experience. This is an in-person position with no option for virtual service delivery.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Previous experience with early childhood or school-based populations, specifically PreK and K, highly valued
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage a 50-student caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to PreK and kindergarten students in accordance with IEPs
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech or language needs
  • Develop individualized therapy plans targeting speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
