School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Centerville, Indiana

Make a difference working with young children in a school-based setting in the Centerville, IN area. This full-time contract position is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) who is passionate about supporting Pre-K and Kindergarten students. You’ll manage a caseload of around 50 students, providing vital communication and language development services throughout the academic year.

Position Details:

• Full-time hours following the academic calendar from August 3, 2026, to May 24, 2027.
• Direct, on-site work only—virtual or remote options are not available.
• Work closely with PreK and Kindergarten students in a dynamic educational environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CCC-SLP required.
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Previous experience supporting young children in a school setting is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Dedicated to fostering communication development and inclusive learning.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned caseload.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and school activities as required.
