What you bring:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff
• Passion for supporting students’ communication, language, and social development

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Deliver direct speech/language therapy services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, provide progress updates, and maintain accurate records
• Offer strategies and tools for educators and caregivers to support student success
• Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices
• Engage in caseload discussions and planning as part of the interview process
