This full-time, onsite contract position provides the opportunity to work at Blue Ridge Elementary, collaborating with a team of experienced speech-language professionals across the district.

This role is ideal for certified SLPs, recent graduates seeking their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or SLP Assistants (SLPAs) eager to support pediatric populations. You’ll manage a mild caseload, capped at 60, including students with AAC needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and nonverbal challenges. The school provides an inclusive, structured environment that values interdisciplinary support and empowers SLPs to excel.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active or pending SC SLP license (LLR required)
  • Teaching certification (can begin with pending status)
  • Experience with pediatrics, AAC, ASD, and nonverbal populations
  • SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA candidates are all encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work onsite full time through 5/28/2027

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other SLPs
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as needed
