Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP-CCC licensure (ASHA Certification)
- Current state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based therapy practices and IEP compliance
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment to students with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Deliver therapy and interventions in both individual and group settings
- Participate in parent meetings, eligibility evaluations, and IEP review sessions
