You'll work closely with dedicated educators, providing vital speech and language services that help children thrive both academically and socially.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a current SLP-CCC license (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Certified and eligible to practice within school settings
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to fostering positive outcomes for students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Carry a manageable caseload of elementary school students
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services on campus
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers, and communicate progress to families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and state requirements
