Preferred qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellowship applicants will be considered
  • Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and implement IEP-driven interventions
  • Comfortable providing both group and individual therapy
  • Familiarity with documentation and progress monitoring processes within educational settings

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students experiencing speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to promote student success
  • Document services, maintain progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Adapt interventions to meet diverse learning styles and student needs
  • Provide support and resources to families and staff regarding communication development
