Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students in elementary, middle, and high school settings as a licensed, certified Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll work with a dedicated team of educators and professionals to help students develop vital communication skills, fostering their academic and personal growth throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with preschool, elementary, middle, or high school students
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy interventions for school-aged children
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address students’ needs and track progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Maintain accurate student records, paperwork, and reports as required by district and state guidelines
  • Deliver both small group and one-on-one interventions to address speech, language, and communication disorders
