Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to tailor therapy to meet diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions for students from diverse backgrounds
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to promote student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation on assessments, plans, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
