Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor therapy to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions for students from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation on assessments, plans, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
