Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Centralia, WA

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting in-depth evaluations of students with diverse speech and language needs
• Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans tailored to each student
• Providing targeted therapy sessions that foster progress toward speech and language objectives
• Meticulously tracking and documenting student progress for ongoing assessment and goal-setting
• Collaborating closely with educators, specialists, and staff to ensure seamless care
• Engaging and educating families to promote understanding and reinforce the therapy process at home

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Preferred: Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work both independently and as an integral team member
• Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
