Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current Washington SLP license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates will be considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Dedication to fostering student success and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver therapy services in both group and individual formats
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school initiatives
