Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; newer graduates with Clinical Fellowship (CFY) experience are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school settings appreciated, but not required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated student care
- Track student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide support and resources to educators and families regarding speech and language development
