Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; newer graduates with Clinical Fellowship (CFY) experience are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in school settings appreciated, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services individually and in groups
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated student care
  • Track student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Provide support and resources to educators and families regarding speech and language development
