Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Centreville, MD. Both onsite and virtual candidates will be considered. This is a great opportunity to support students' communication development while collaborating with a supportive special education team.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments and IEP goals.

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with various communication disorders.

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other special education professionals.

• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and AAC needs.

• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and complete required reports.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success in the classroom.

• Deliver services through secure teletherapy platforms when working virtually.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility for licensure.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using teletherapy technology and virtual assessment tools if applying for a remote position.
