Your expertise as an SLP—whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)—will be valued and supported. Work closely with a welcoming school team to deliver evidence-based interventions and create positive learning experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility in California
  • SLP-CCC or active pursuit of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Skills in assessing, diagnosing, and providing direct therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-time elementary school caseload, providing speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop goals, and implement IEPs for students
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student outcomes, making ongoing adjustments to therapy approaches as needed
  • Provide consultation and resources to teachers and classroom staff
