Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in-person throughout the entire school year
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students according to IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide updates on student progress, and maintain detailed records
- Offer resources and support to teachers and families to foster inclusive learning environments
- Contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team focused on student outcomes
