Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in-person throughout the entire school year

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students according to IEP goals
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide updates on student progress, and maintain detailed records
  • Offer resources and support to teachers and families to foster inclusive learning environments
  • Contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team focused on student outcomes
