Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCCs from ASHA or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve students across three elementary campuses, providing evaluations, direct therapy, and consultation
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, maintaining detailed and timely documentation
