School Speech Language Pathologist - Ceres, California

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract setting. This position, just outside Ceres, CA, offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules. Two SLPs are needed to meet the needs of these growing programs, with immediate start dates available.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• California SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
• Experience with elementary-aged children in school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse learners

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success in the classroom
• Participate in eligibility, staffing, and progress meetings as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
