Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license in California
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
  • Experience in school settings working with children or adolescents highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy, both individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
  • Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
