Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Experience working with school-aged children – assessments, IEPs, and direct therapy
- Strong communication, organization, and writing skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet a diverse range of student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver group and one-on-one therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes according to state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
This role offers competitive hourly compensation between $55 and $75, commensurate with skills and experience.
