As a dedicated SLP, you’ll work on a contract basis near the Ceres, CA area, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals. Your expertise will help students reach new milestones and thrive in their academic journey.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license and ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), or eligible CF supervised placement
- Prior experience delivering therapy in school settings is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
- Ability to develop IEP goals, conduct assessments, and provide direct and consultative services
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload and adapting to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress and adjust approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with required reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to the team process
