Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
  • Experience working with school-aged children – assessments, IEPs, and direct therapy
  • Strong communication, organization, and writing skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet a diverse range of student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver group and one-on-one therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Document evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes according to state and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams

This role offers competitive hourly compensation between $55 and $75, commensurate with skills and experience.
