School Speech Language Pathologist - Ceres, CA

As a dedicated SLP, you’ll work on a contract basis near the Ceres, CA area, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license and ASHA CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence), or eligible CF supervised placement
• Prior experience delivering therapy in school settings is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Ability to develop IEP goals, conduct assessments, and provide direct and consultative services
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload and adapting to diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress and adjust approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with required reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to the team process
