Desired Qualifications:

  • Active SLP License in Mississippi
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Background in pediatric and/or school-based speech services strongly valued
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Previous school experience advantageous, but recent grads and clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication services to students as outlined by their individualized education plans
  • Assess, diagnose, and support students with a broad range of speech-language needs in a K-12 setting
  • Implement evidence-based therapy, document progress, and provide regular updates to educational teams and families
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other service providers for holistic student support
  • Caseload assignments will be tailored to your expertise and interests in consultation with school administration during the interview stage
  • Option to provide services via teletherapy when appropriate
