Help students find their voice in a supportive and collaborative elementary school setting. We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow who is passionate about student growth and committed to delivering high-quality therapy services that make a lasting impact.


Position Overview

Full-time, onsite position
37.5 hours per week
Elementary school assignment
One school building
Caseload approximately 40-60 students, depending on experience
Clinical Fellowship supervision provided
Supportive special education and leadership teams

What You'll Do

Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
Provide direct speech and language services to students.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with Michigan school-based services and special education procedures preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
