Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lancaster, PA

Soliant Education is actively recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite assignment in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with an elementary-aged population while partnering with educators and families to support student growth and communication success.

Job Overview

• Location: Lancaster, PA

• Assignment Length: 2026–2027 School Year

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week

• Work Environment: Onsite

• Student Population: Elementary School

• Employment Status: W-2

• Pay Range: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language interventions tailored to individual student needs

• Perform assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify communication challenges

• Develop therapy goals and contribute to IEP development and implementation

• Track student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes

• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with school and state requirements

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Current Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

• Ability to meet all district hiring requirements and clearances

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
