Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Amory, MS

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Mississippi SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) encouraged to apply
• Experience in school settings or with pediatrics welcomed but not mandatory
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms considered a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to a diverse student population, fostering growth and engagement
• Assess, diagnose, and design treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide progress updates to educational teams and families
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related professionals to support holistic student development
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt therapy approaches for both in-person and virtual settings as needed
