Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred
  • Comfortable working with diverse caseloads, including mild to moderate and moderate/severe student needs
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in multiple educational settings, including Specialized Healthcare, SDC (Moderate/Severe), and general education contexts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students as mandated by IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop effective treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Adapt interventions to a variety of educational environments, including mild to moderate and specialized classrooms
