Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and intent to obtain ASHA CCCs
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about supporting school-aged children in a diverse setting
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer resources and strategies for teachers and families to support therapy goals in the classroom and at home
