Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and intent to obtain ASHA CCCs
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic about supporting school-aged children in a diverse setting
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services in both individual and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer resources and strategies for teachers and families to support therapy goals in the classroom and at home
