What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and necessary state licensure
• Understanding of school-based SLP practices, including IEP development and goal writing
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping students reach their full potential
• Ability to adapt and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to a diverse caseload of students
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ educational goals
• Maintain accurate records and comply with state, federal, and district requirements
• Communicate progress and recommendations to educators and families
• Seek and apply feedback from supervising SLPs and mentors to continually improve
