Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for or possession of a Minnesota SLP license
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for empowering students and fostering positive change
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Comfort working with diverse student populations, including various ages and communication needs
• Previous school-based experience or internships, preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain accurate progress notes, reports, and documentation according to school and district protocols
• Participate in team meetings, IEP processes, and ongoing professional development
• Support inclusive practices and help create accessible learning environments
