Full-Time | School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Elementary School Opportunities

Soliant is seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for onsite school-based opportunities during the 2026–2027 school year.  Position Details

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract
• Setting: Onsite School-Based
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Start Date: Approximately August 25, 2026
• End Date: June 10, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Openings Available: 6

Compensation -  $44–$55 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance. Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
• Support students with a variety of communication and language needs

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Required dual certification visible on licensing documentation
• Eligible to provide services within a school-based setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

Preferred Experience

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with evaluations, IEP development, and caseload management is a plus
