Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure for SLPs or SLPAs (Clinical Fellowship Year and CCCs considered)
  • Experience or strong interest in serving middle and high school students
  • Background in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based speech-language pathology strongly preferred
  • Comfortable providing in-person therapy (teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required for this role)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to student needs and IEP goals

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy services
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed
  • Offer support, guidance, and encouragement to help each student achieve their potential
