Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Accepting SLPs with CCC, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and experience in healthcare or school settings; pediatric expertise and/or teletherapy background encouraged
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes and educational documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities when collaborating with staff, students, and families
  • Interest in supporting middle and high school-aged learners with diverse needs

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students, addressing a range of communication challenges in an engaging manner
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
  • Conduct assessments and provide input for eligibility, program development, and ongoing intervention
  • Participate in meetings with educators, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
