We are seeking two dedicated professionals to provide vital on-site speech services for the upcoming 26-27 school year. These contract positions require passionate individuals committed to supporting student communication and language development from early childhood through elementary levels.
Position Details:
- Full-time SLP roles, working directly with school-aged children
- Position 1: Provide services to elementary students
- Position 2: Focus on early childhood, working with children ages 0-5
- Both positions require on-site presence—virtual work is not available
- These positions are not open to SLP Assistants (SLPA)
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid, current state licensure as an SLP (CFY and CCC accepted)
- Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills for diverse caseloads
- Motivated collaborator with exceptional communication abilities
- Passion for fostering growth in young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality speech/language therapy to meet each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document service delivery
- Consult regularly on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and attend meetings as needed
- Stay current with best practices and compliance requirements in pediatric speech-language pathology
