Exciting new opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists seeking to make a meaningful impact during the 26-27 school year. Two full-time, on-site positions are open to support students and staff in a collaborative educational setting near Aurora, NE.

Both roles are set within a supportive environment where clinical and professional growth are encouraged. The client is specifically looking for skilled SLPs who are passionate about fostering communication development and helping young learners thrive—no virtual or SLPA work is included in these roles.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license applicable to schools (SLP - CFY, SLP - CCC, or SLP - School)
  • Experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and team collaboration
  • Ability to work on-site and engage directly with students and staff

Role Specifics:

Position 1:

  • Full-time assignment in an elementary school setting
  • Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for K-6 students
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support language and speech goals

Position 2:

  • Full-time, focusing on Early Childhood (ages up to 5 years old)
  • Provide direct therapy, screenings, and proactive support for early learners
  • Guide early intervention strategies and consult with teaching teams
