Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Texas SLP licensure and/or a temporary license as a Clinical Fellow
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to build rapport with students, families, and staff
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining records and managing caseloads
• Passion for working with school-aged children with diverse backgrounds and communication needs
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment and therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure integrated support
• Document student progress, prepare comprehensive reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in professional development to enhance therapy effectiveness and remain current on best practices
