School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Full-Time | Basehor, KS

Soliant Education is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Basehor, Kansas for the 2026–2027 academic year. This opportunity offers a rewarding chance to support elementary-aged students and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

Position Highlights

• Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 Hours Per Week)

• Employment Type: W-2
• Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

• Deliver speech and language services to students with identified communication needs
• Complete evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain timely and accurate service documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Kansas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Ability to meet all district and state requirements for school-based employment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous school experience is beneficial but not required
