Soliant Education is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position in Basehor, Kansas for the 2026–2027 academic year. This opportunity offers a rewarding chance to support elementary-aged students and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

- Compensation: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
What You'll Do
- Deliver speech and language services to students with identified communication needs
- Complete evaluations, screenings, and progress monitoring
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain timely and accurate service documentation
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Kansas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to meet all district and state requirements for school-based employment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Previous school experience is beneficial but not required
