Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds or is eligible for state licensure in Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Background in pediatrics or academic settings strongly preferred
• Experience or interest in school-based or healthcare-focused therapy
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Create customized treatment plans to improve students’ communication abilities
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational teams to support each student’s IEP goals
• Document progress and adhere to all state and federal regulations for documentation and confidentiality
• Provide support and guidance to students, parents, and faculty regarding speech-language challenges and strategies
