Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
• Eligibility for or possession of a Connecticut SLP license
• Completed or in the process of completing all requirements for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with children from diverse backgrounds
• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing caseloads and environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to students on your caseload
• Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
