Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and State SLP licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and creating individualized therapy plans
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with IEPs and familiarity with school-based SLP processes preferred, though support and mentorship will be provided
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Partner closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
- Receive mentorship and regular supervision from experienced SLPs to guide your Clinical Fellowship experience
