Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and State SLP licensure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for working with children and creating individualized therapy plans
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience with IEPs and familiarity with school-based SLP processes preferred, though support and mentorship will be provided

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
  • Partner closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
  • Receive mentorship and regular supervision from experienced SLPs to guide your Clinical Fellowship experience
