Full-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Bridgeport, CT
Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in Bridgeport, Connecticut to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to work with elementary-aged students while helping them build the communication skills needed for academic and personal success.
Position Details
Location: Bridgeport, CT
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
Setting: Onsite
Caseload: Elementary School Students
Employment Type: W-2
Hourly Pay: $45–$60 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in an educational setting
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and comprehensive assessments
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Connecticut SLP license or ability to obtain licensure before the start date
Eligible to work in Connecticut schools and meet all district requirements
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
School-based experience is preferred but not required
