Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting young learners as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a collaborative educational setting near Brookline, MA. Ideal Background & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a schools-based setting preferred
  • Solid understanding of therapy best practices for students K-3
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

You Will:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide targeted speech and language therapy for K-2 students, with occasional work with third graders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Monitor student progress and maintain precise, timely documentation
  • Consult with teachers and participate in IEP meetings to support classroom success
  • Educate and empower families and caregivers to carry over interventions at home
  • Engage in a supportive, collegial environment focused on student achievement
