Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required
  • Current Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate—new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Familiarity with educational settings and IEP processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across various grade levels
  • Conduct speech and language assessments, document results, and help determine eligibility for services
  • Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough and timely student records, progress reports, and documentation for compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
